Great company, wonderful service! We got a brand new garage door and garage door opener installed. The installer Moises did an incredible job and explained everything when he finished installing. I would definitely use Precision Garage Door in the future if I had problems with a garage door or needed a new one!!

The tech showed up as he said on his pre-call. He was very friendly and took care of our broken spring quickly. He also did a door service and informed me of some possible issues down the road. He did a great job!!

My garage door failed early Friday morning. Precision Garage Door sent out a technician that afternoon to help get the failed door closed. We when ordered a new garage door and motor for future installation that very moment. Fast professional service is my best description.

Brandon did a great job! He had to replace all the mechanical parts, new rollers, spring, cable reel with new cable, and lubricated the chain. And, I also thought he was very quick, done in 1 1/2 hrs. He arrived at 12:30 and done before 2:00 I thought it would take all afternoon when he told me what needed to be done. I was also surprised that when the dispatch person gave me an appointment time between 12 and 4, I was really surprised that he came at 12:30!

Was a pleasant and relaxing dialog meeting with Patrick. A complete inspection was done, showed me and explained what went wrong with garage door and gave me 3 models to choose from with costs to fix the problem for now with explaining I still needed work done in about 6 mos. I own a 4 car garage with two doors that were not closing correctly. I called Precision Garage Doors and they had Nathaniel Lapidez out to my house very fast and on time. When one of the tension springs on my 20 year old garage door broke, Precision had someone out the next day and in less than an hour they replaced the springs (best done in pairs) and pulleys. In addition to working again, the door now opens & closes much more quietly and seals completely. They were friendly and quick, and they cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Their pricing was fair, and I have nothing but good things to say!

Precision garage was easy to work with. Technicians show up on time and get the work done perfectly. I got a new garage door installed by them. The price was very reasonable.. After meeting with other garage companies who are overpriced and added a 5 star on their page immediately after a half finished job. I realized the google star rating is not to be trusted and hence taking the time to write the review for this honest garage company who is great to work with. I believe this will also help others who have difficulty in finding the right garage company. Precision garage company is one of the best.. Your calls may go to customer support service like for other companies. Once the work is all set they even share the direct contact number to make it easy and to give us the peace of mind.
