I had a particularly nasty breakdown of my garage door. A hinge came loose, causing the door to partially jump from it's rail, ripping the metal cables from both wheel retractors. The door could not be opened or closed. I read reviews for several garage door repair providers and went with Precision. They came out the same day, despite it being mid-day when I called. They arrived after 6 PM. After examining the door, they made a couple of suggestions/options on how to proceed. No pressure, just clear and plain estimates to fix, and or replace some or all parts. No pressure. It took about 2 hours, but they fixed, what I thought was a hopeless situation, at a very fair price. Both guys were very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. My details are as follows first thing my tech Manny dis a great job of explaining what was going on and I can't say enough good things about him super helpful. The repair he did was $799.90 for replacements of the old main springs. I had him do the work but after he left I google cost and found it to be fairly high. With that said I will be having other work done by him and hopefully those repairs will be a little less cost wise. I didn't call anybody else just Precision and they got here right away. Precision is everything you want for garage services Service. He was honest, fast, and did good work. He waited an hour and a half extra so that I could get home from work, who does that! I really appreciate precision. They are the best!

My garage door got stuck and my landlord got in touch with precision garage doors. My landlord, being who he is, did not like the pricing and left us literally hanging tried to find someone else to fix the problem, because the garage door would still not close and It was almost getting dark, so I spoke with the technician the technician’s name is Antonio he came as scheduled, he was very kind to begin with and very friendly and very professional ver respectful. I asked him how much would it cost to just to close the garage door so it wouldn’t be open overnight so we wouldn’t worry about our belongings inside the garage. Antonio spoke to management and gave us a good price just to help us out, few minutes later Antonio was able to realign the garage door and was able to close it, and of course I was very appreciative of what he did and the consideration he gave us by speaking to management to help us out. I would highly recommend Antonio and precision garage door to anyone. Keep up the good work Antonio and thank you to the manager who was considerate enough to help us out! AAAA++++ Company Antonio needs a raise!

I had accidentally bumped the mechanism that stops the door if something gets in his path and after an hour of messing with it, I finally decided to call someone. I remembered an advertisement on television for precision garage door service so I called them since they were in my mind. Two hours later their Repair man got to my house and inspected the job and inspected my garage door mechanism because it is about 20 years old. The young man was quick efficient found things that I really did need and it was very pleasant while he worked. The door now operates smoothly, easily, and will probably not need any more service for a very long time. I would recommend their service to anyone looking for repairs on a garage door or an out opener system

The technician Bachir came within an hour after I submitted an online request. Due to the age of my opener (Genie, 26+ years) I was told that replacement parts were no longer available and given 2 options to replace my current one. Both were for Liftmasters. The estimates were a bit higher than expected, but I decided to proceed anyway. Installation of the opener and new rail was completed in 2.5-3.0 hours followed by a thorough walk through of the camera, opener, remotes, and control pad. All appears to be fine. If I had to do it over again, I would get a second opinion/estimate, however the installation was professionally done and I'm able to open my garage door again.
