Antonio arrived on time after calling ahead to let us know he was coming. He was very courteous, friendly, and professional. He explained what was happening, pointed out the issues, showed us the worn out parts (also pointing out what did NOT need replacing!), let us decide what our next steps would be. He made sure everything was working correctly and offered us some guidance before leaving. We highly recommend Antonio and Precision Garage Door Service!

From scheduling my appointment and the service that was done everything was excellent. The people were very courteous from the phone call to the installation. The service man was very self-explanatory. He told me everything that I need to know about the garage door opener. The service guy also made sure the door worked very properly. He did everything that a service person should do to make you feel comfortable about using them in the future. All the work that was done was excellent. I recommended this company to anyone. I was amazed that this company was able to respond so quickly to my problem. John Glasky was here when scheduled. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. It was a very hot day yet John just kept on working and had my door operating in a very short time. I would highly recommend him and this Company to anyone with a garage door problem.

I had 2 of my 3 doors go out over the wknd and was happy to find a service availible on the wknd, They were on time and the technition was very nice,thorough and did an excellent job. The price seemed a litttle high but I discovered that all the parts are top quality and the increased price seemed justified.

Made an online appointment and was offered an appointment 3 hours later! Ended up booking for the next day.... Our technician Ahmed Elmenawy called with a 90 minute eta and arrived 89 minutes later. He performed a full inspection of my door and opener, identified the issue as some old and damaged wires, replaced them, cleaned up and departed less than an hour after arriving. Very professional, VERY polite and extremely pleasant gentleman. The cost was extremely reasonable and fully warrantied. I cannot recommend this company enough. Like their commercial says.....The Name You Can Trust!

I received a phone call from the general manager and I was pleasantly surprised that he was concerned about my situation with my garage door and offered me a refund for charges where on my bill. I was so pleasantly surprised that I receive a refund for my garage door repair this shows real class in my opinion. I highly recommend anybody who needs to get their garage door fixed to talk to this company. They really care about what people think of their company.
