Precision Garage Door Service showed up promptly when I requested them for a broken garage door spring. Only one of the two springs we're broken, but they said that both springs needed to be replaced to be covered by warranty. The job was completed and it cost double what I expected. I never received a receipt or a copy of the warranty. I have nothing to show that the work was done except for a charge on my credit card.

If I could give them no stars, I would it was the worst experience ever. We called the garage door service on Friday morning asked her serviced. Somebody called us Friday afternoon saying they were driving out. They get to the house. The garage door spring was broken and he told us it was gonna be $1000 we told him can we at least just lift the garage door open to get our car out until we can figure it out and he said no he couldn’t lift it up and that the car couldn’t come out. He ended up dropping the price to 699. We called two other companies to get a quote just to see what it would cost one came in at $325 and the other one came in at 4:20. We were felt totally ripped off and taken advantage of we will never use this company again and we recommend that nobody

Absolutely ecstatic with your service. My aunt needed same day service and Elias promptly came out fixed her garage door. He replaces her spring it was 30 years old and the rollers. He had 3 choices for her to choose from and gave her a detailed explanation of each. He was quick and exceptionally kind and friendly. Thanks for working so hard for us in the heat.

These guys were great when I had some outgoing tenants who trashed the automatic garage door, restricting access for their own criminal reasons. I couldn't afford a whole new door with installation but Jesus was excellent and very thorough at providing my options, what parts were missing or broken, and full cost to make it workeable again. I needed the work performed quickly and they accomodated me on that, as well! Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, give them a call.

While closing our garage door this morning one of the torsion springs broke in half. I called Precision Garage Door for repair and was able to schedule an inspection that morning. Their service technician, Caleb Winchester, arrived within the scheduled time, inspected the door, explained the repair options and did an excellent job replacing all the worn & broken parts. Caleb was courteous, efficient and cleaned up the job site after finishing the job. I highly recommend you try giving Precision Garage Door a call for any services that your garage door requires.
