I just wanted to say that your technician Manuel Ruiz was fantastic and actually kept your company from losing the job. I have 10ft door. Manuel showed checked over called in the work order even did a down payment for work. I was told ( it was weekend) someone would contact me Monday maybe Tuesday to notify me when the parts come in and when work would be scheduled. About mid week I had to call to find out that I was removed from the system due to my door size with no notification whatsoever. Thankfully Manuel was able to fix your company’s in excusable mistake. I was prepared to request my money back and go elsewhere. Customer service basically told me there’s nothing in the system not even proof of a down payment. I give Manuel 5 star rating he was fantastic and went way above his job requirements as for the company itself only 1 star rating. To remove a customer from the system that put money down on the work/parts without contacting customer to explain is just dirty and makes you look like it’s done to scam the customer out of a some money.

I think the estimate didn’t make sense because it started from 2200 and went down all the way to $800 however I still got all the same work done by a professional who works for a similar company under 350
