My garage door suddenly failed to open and even using the manual release cord didn’t work. The garage door opener showed an excessive force error. I called Precision Garage Door Service and they sent Brandon the very next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a sheetrock swelling in the recent rain. He fixed the issue and performed a door tuneup. The door works like a dream now. Even better than when it was installed. Brandon was efficient and professional, but still very personable. He even tutored me on door maintenance. He didn’t ask for this review, but I offered because I was pleased with his service. Great job Brandon!

I just wanted to say that your technician Manuel Ruiz was fantastic and actually kept your company from losing the job. I have 10ft door. Manuel showed checked over called in the work order even did a down payment for work. I was told ( it was weekend) someone would contact me Monday maybe Tuesday to notify me when the parts come in and when work would be scheduled. About mid week I had to call to find out that I was removed from the system due to my door size with no notification whatsoever. Thankfully Manuel was able to fix your company’s in excusable mistake. I was prepared to request my money back and go elsewhere. Customer service basically told me there’s nothing in the system not even proof of a down payment. I give Manuel 5 star rating he was fantastic and went way above his job requirements as for the company itself only 1 star rating. To remove a customer from the system that put money down on the work/parts without contacting customer to explain is just dirty and makes you look like it’s done to scam the customer out of a some money.

I was anticipating a hassle getting my garage door repaired, but Precision was great, from the initial phone call with Taylor to Andrey's excellent service. He arrived early and quickly assessed the problem. He gave me two estimates and did not try to get me to take the more expensive one to replace the motor (which works fine--I can have it replaced later if needed). It took him less than an hour to repair the mechanism--he had everything he needed with him in the truck. One reason I chose Precision is that I was able to talk to a real person rather than filling out a form and waiting for a call back. I would recommend Precision to anyone who wants quick and reliable service.

I think the estimate didn’t make sense because it started from 2200 and went down all the way to $800 however I still got all the same work done by a professional who works for a similar company under 350

Professional inspection done by the knowledgeable technician (John) and provided the best estimate to replace the identified cracked panels. To be in code, the whole system needs to be replaced as discussed. However, due to budget constraints, unable to proceed. Will see if we can save to get it done.
