The belt on my Lift Master broke after 20+ years. Googled and called Precision Garage Door Service. I was given a same day 4 hour appointment window and told the service man won't call 30 minutes prior to arrival. After the service inspection I was hold I needed a new garage door opener. The unit came with 2 remotes, a hardwired wall mount and a second exterior wifi battery powered wall mount and 2 electric eyes sensors. I was also hold the door roller bearings needed replacement. I was told it would take 1 1/2 hours quotes 1200 or the lift master and 300 for the rollers. The total with tax was $1589.00 with tax and labor. I would recommend Precision Garage Door service for their prompt courteous service at a reasonable price.

Antonio arrived on time at 4 PM. He was very friendly. He was very professional. He showed himself so well he was complete gentleman. Then we went over what was wrong with the door he answered all my questions and I asked a lot of questions and he never seemed to be annoyed or short with me. He did a great job. Great job. He did everything he promised to do. It was expensive yes, but it was worth it. He's a great guy and I recommend him wholeheartedly 100%.

Pushed the button on my garage door opener on a Saturday evening and walked away. I heard a loud bang and immediately knew that my garage door spring had broke. Unfortunately both cars were trapped in the garage. I was going to call the company that installed the door but didn’t see any weekend hours listed. I always remember the Precision Door Service jingle from the commercials so I looked them up on the web and saw that they do weekend repairs with no upcharge. I called and got a live person and was told a service technician could be there on Sunday morning. I took a later appointment and when the technician was on the way, I got a text and the ability to track the technician to my home. Carlos Larios arrived, greeted me and shook my hand then we proceeded to go into the house to access the garage. Both cars were inside and it was a bit of a tight squeeze but Carlos exercised care squeezing between the bumper of the car and the door to assess the damage. He presented three different repair scenarios, I chose the most affordable (which was a bit of sticker shock) but it needed to be fixed so I approved, he managed to get the door up and got started. It took him about an hour to complete the spring and bearings replacement. He lubed all of the door components and adjusted the door and it works better than ever. The work is quality and. I am grateful that I was able to get it fixed so we could go to work on Monday to pay for the repair. I highly recommend Precision for garage door needs.

My garage door was rotted and damaged from vandalism. First step, I called the contact number and gave the customer service person my information and needs. She promptly made me an appointment with one of her estimators Second step, the estimator came by on time to give me a job quote. He was very helpful about my concerns of a replacement unit. He gave me a complete quote on replacing the door, hardware, and finish molding. I excepted his offer and made an appointment for installation. Third step, a very professional installer removed the old equipment and put in a fantastic door and trim. I am overwhelmed with the final product. In my opinion, I believe they are the best.
