Our technician (Joel) arrived quickly (within 20 minutes) after our request for service. Joel diagnosed & explained the problem. He replaced our 24 year-old genie opener (with a LiftMaster) on the same visit. He was professional, and the implementation went smoothly. Overall, we had a very positive experience.

I had a fantastic experience with Precision Garage Door service. Caleb was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Taking the time to understand my concerns rather than just pushing a sale, unlike another company that was only interested in selling me a brand new door. Caleb actually listened and helped me get exactly what I needed while staying within my budget. The service was fast and efficient and now my garage door works better than ever - and it’s so quiet. Caleb‘s professionalism made me feel like I could trust him, which is exactly why I chose precision. Highly recommended.

Caleb was great: knowledgeable, patient and professional! He told us what he thought was causing our primary problem and pointed out a something that could become problem down the road. He gave us time to consider our options, and we moved forward with a new motor and springs. They work beautifully.

Precision garage was easy to work with. Technicians show up on time and get the work done perfectly. I got a new garage door installed by them. The price was very reasonable.. After meeting with other garage companies who are overpriced and added a 5 star on their page immediately after a half finished job. I realized the google star rating is not to be trusted and hence taking the time to write the review for this honest garage company who is great to work with. I believe this will also help others who have difficulty in finding the right garage company. Precision garage company is one of the best.. Your calls may go to customer support service like for other companies. Once the work is all set they even share the direct contact number to make it easy and to give us the peace of mind. Thanks Precision garage team for the great service.

Brandon did a great job! He had to replace all the mechanical parts, new rollers, spring, cable reel with new cable, and lubricated the chain. And, I also thought he was very quick, done in 1 1/2 hrs. He arrived at 12:30 and done before 2:00 I thought it would take all afternoon when he told me what needed to be done. I was also surprised that when the dispatch person gave me an appointment time between 12 and 4, I was really surprised that he came at 12:30!
